    Acid Trance is a love letter to a very specific musical moment – the early 1990s, when acid house and trance were producing some of the most hypnotic and genuinely strange popular music ever made. Pulsating synthetic basslines provide the characteristic squelching, sliding movement of the 303, sparse drums keep the pulse without overcomplicating the texture, and ambient soundscapes fill the space with the particular quality of music made to be experienced in a large room at an unreasonable hour.
