Big bassy booms provide the low-end impacts that modern blockbuster trailers have made essentially mandatory, and a classic blend of organic orchestral elements, industrial percussion, and synthetic texture creates the contemporary cinematic sound that Hans Zimmer and his collaborators established and the entire industry has spent twenty years refining. The track is, in the best possible way, over the top – it knows what it’s for and delivers it without restraint.
